Что делать если за мной следят ?
Мне последние 2-3 недели кажется что за мной следят если даже это не так,да ещё и кажется что мои мысли читает одна девочка и когда начинаю думаю,и вспоминаю про это все как то не так.И иногда начинаю говорить в слух «зачем ты читаешь мои мысли».И мне как тревожно когда начинаю думать мне кажется что я по думаю по чем то плохом и она это узнает.
