тремор рук при волнении
Добрый день. У меня есть проблема которая мешает мне нормально жить. У меня при волнении начинают сильно трястись руки. Элементарно когда, например, в гостях за столом не могу держать приборы, так трясутся руки. Дома при родных все нормально, а в чужой компании не могу нормально себя чувствовать. Успокоительные препараты не действуют, единственное что расслабляет это алкоголь но это же не вариант. Помогите ,пожалуйста, очень прошу!!!!
