Тревога из-за мыслей, что в будущем могу не самореализоваться и из-за этого ужасное состояние
У меня ужасная тревога из-за того, что я не знаю что я буду делать в будущем. Работать по специальности не лучший вариант, но вполне приемлемый. Постоянно мучают мысли о том что могу в будущем остаться ни с чем и не самореализоваться
