Душа болит
Добрый вечер. У меня такая ситуация . У меня частая тревога, хочу плакать, меня все раздражает , грубо говоря депрессия. Сегодня хотела порезать руку. Ничего не хочу . Меня угнетают в городке моем. Мысли есть умереть. Что мне делать?
