Боюсь идти
Добрый вечер. Боюсь идти к психологу. Боюсь что будем ворошить больные места. Планирую идти в ближайшее время. Понимаю что без неё не справлюсь, т.к хочу детей. Мои мч " психует', когда я ему говорю что он будет беременным. Боюсь ощущений в ТЕЛЕ. Меня может трусить, я не могу его КОНТРОЛИРОВАТЬ. . как справиться с тревогои, и "трясучкои" в теле? Спасибо
