Перестаю читати або дивитися щось на певний час коли відбувається важливий момент
Коли я дивлюся щось а особливо коли читаю і відбувається дуже важливий та емоційний момент я перестаю читати і відкладаю книгу на дуже великий термін. Якщо це фільм то я зупиняю його на декілька хвилин. Я дуже емоційно реагую . Думаю через це така проблема. Дайте рекомендації як позбутися цього. Або зменшити.
