Как перестать сомневаться в своей привлекательности?
Здравствуйте. Меня отверг парень. Теперь я постоянно сомневаюсь в себе, в своей привлекательности. Хотя раньше таких мыслей не возникало и меня устраивала моя внешность. Я постоянно сравниваю себя с девушками, которые ему нравятся. Я чувствую себя хуже их. Мнение этого парня обо мне оказалось очень значимо для меня. Я никак не могу смириться с тем, что не нравлюсь ему. И если я ему не нравлюсь,значит во мне что-то не так... Я очень хочу,чтобы это прошло. Меня постоянно гложат эти мысли. Помогите советом,пожалуйста.
