как научиться любить себя
здравствуйте, уважаемые психологи. прочитала книгу Луизы Хей "как исцелить свою жизнь". каждое слово обо мне. следую советам книги, но ничего не получаеться. у меня есть семья, муж, дети,но я одинока в своих переживаниях. кажеться что я одна в целом мире. как научиться любить себя, осознать свою ценность как человека, найти смысл жизни?? общалась с психологом, выяснили,что недолюблена в детстве, но что делать сейчас? как не воспринимать окружающих людей врагами??
