зависимость от сладкого
у меня маленький вопрос к вам - у меня есть некая зависимость от сладкого - не могу прожить и дня без него, ем и ем. с весом проблем нет(пока...). не могу сказать, что если не съем сладкое настроение ухудшится, просто я его очень хочу и всё тут.... может вы подскажите - есть ли какая методика, чтобы побороть эту зависимость?
