АПК программы. Можно ли использовать в домашних условиях?
Что вы можете сказать по поводу АПК-программ ? Не несут ли они вреда психике ? Я приобрёл АПК "здоровье","релаксация", "уверенность", прослушивание меня не много напрягает , даже наводит страх.Сам я страдаю тревожностью, фобическими растройствами.
