Отношения и лишний вес
Добрый день, возможно у вас будет совет на этот счёт 🙏🏻 Парень, который нравится приглашает поехать с его друзьями гулять, а я за пол года (пока мы не виделись) набрала лишние кг и это меня останавливает. Как бороться с подобным? От многого отказываюсь из-за этого 😔 При этом я слежу за собой, занимаюсь спортом и делаю всё для того, чтобы избавиться от лишних кг. Почему кг останавливают мое желание поехать гулять? Прям блок какой-то. Буду благодарна за ответ ❤
