Four years of psychological counseling for adults. Leading support groups for parents. Group and individual work with adolescents. Conducting my own workshops, including "Stress First Aid Kit" and "My Sources of Strength".

I help clients manage professional or parental burnout. Explore new perspectives on what’s happening in family relationships. Identify or examine the roots of psychosomatic symptoms, panic attacks, and anxiety. Sessions available individually or in small groups, in person or online. I also facilitate support groups for parents.
