Professional experience
I have been in personal therapy since 2019 and receive regular supervision. I have participated in systemic constellations both as a client and a facilitator. I turned to psychology in 2010, studying personal growth, self-realization, and family dynamics through books, films, and online resources. I have attended numerous webinars on aggression, family relationships, female identity, complex PTSD, and symbolic imagery.
