- I specialize in identifying and addressing anxiety, trauma, stress, and depression. I help clients gain deeper self-awareness, understand their emotions, and process their feelings. My approach includes art therapy, custom techniques, psychoanalysis, and interpretation of drawings and projective methods. I use Gestalt therapy to help clients express emotions, somatic psychotherapy to work with the body and trauma, and dance therapy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support physical well-being. I also incorporate metaphorical cards, NLP techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy for adolescents, post-traumatic therapy, systemic and graphic methods, as well as business techniques and leadership skill development.
