- I’m Serhiy Polovytko, a psychologist. I support people experiencing anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, or a life crisis. I offer online consultations to Ukrainians living in Ukraine and abroad.

- My work is grounded in attentive listening, confidentiality, and respect for your pace. I work without pressure or imposing ready-made answers. Together, we explore what is happening in your life, how you experience it, and what changes may help.
- I combine psychological counselling with imagery, metaphors, and exploration of emotional states. I also use an approach I developed called the SuperIntuition method, which focuses on exploring inner experiences and developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
- You don’t need to have a clearly defined concern before reaching out. You can simply start with: “I’m struggling, and I’d like to understand what’s happening to me.”
