Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2016, offering short-term cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) sessions as well as long-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I organize both group and individual art therapy sessions and conduct psychodiagnostics, psychoprevention, and correctional work using projective and custom techniques. I specialize in school preparation and adaptation for children, family relationship counseling, motivation, and career guidance for adolescents.
Areas of focus
- Counseling adults in difficult life situations, fostering femininity and self-confidence, and helping clients tap into their inner resources. Working with children and adolescents: anxiety disorders, parent-child relationship challenges, neuroses, phobias, fears, psychosomatic symptoms, school adaptation, and support for displaced individuals.
