Professional experience
I have experience in individual counseling and therapy. I work within a psychodynamic approach based on psychoanalytic therapy and symbolic drama (catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy).
Areas of focus
- I specialize in addressing anxiety-related concerns—whether situational anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, or feelings of apathy and depression. I help clients who struggle with feelings of worthlessness, low self-esteem, self-doubt, or difficulty asserting their boundaries. My work also includes supporting individuals navigating codependency, leaving toxic or abusive relationships, and establishing separation from family members. I deeply understand the challenges of self-realization, discovering personal desires and life goals, particularly for those affected by war, migration, or adjustment. I create a safe, accepting, and supportive environment where clients can openly express their experiences without judgment or dismissal.
