Has been running a private psychotherapy practice since 2015.
Areas of focus
- I work with a wide range of concerns, including pregnancy, childbirth and parenting adjustments, navigating infidelity, divorce, and relationship recovery, coping with loss, finding life purpose, age-related and separation crises, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, career challenges, financial stress, body-based psychosomatic issues, female sexuality, and the emotional complexities of emigration and starting over in a new country. I also offer supervision for early-career colleagues.
