Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2021, both online and in-person, conducting individual sessions with adults aged 18 and older. My approach is LGBTQ+-friendly. I am in personal therapy and participate in group supervision.
Areas of focus
- I work with issues such as self-relationship and connection with the world, low self-esteem, feelings of guilt, resentment, and shame, aggression, anger, and helplessness, fears and anxiety, crises, life choices, and finding meaning, self-realization, addictions and codependency, psychosomatic symptoms, and trauma responses including shock trauma and PTSD.
