- I help clients navigate personal challenges such as identity issues, self-realization, and low self-esteem. I also address difficulties in interpersonal relationships, including communication problems, dependent and codependent dynamics, and body image concerns. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, loneliness, and questions around sexuality.
