Areas of focus
- I provide support in finding personal meaning and inner harmony, especially during periods of life transitions or loss. My work includes helping clients overcome emotional dependence on others, navigating relationship breakups, and offering psychological support in cases of bereavement, serious illness, or crisis. I use logotherapy and existential analysis to help clients rediscover purpose and restore emotional balance.
