I have 24 years of practical experience. Member of the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists (USP), the World Association for Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP), and the World Federation for Psychotherapy (WFP).

- Addressing emotional disorders, panic attacks, and fears. Helping clients navigate relationship difficulties and family conflicts. Supporting individuals through life crises, loneliness, loss of life’s meaning, and joy. Treating feelings of helplessness and grief. Boosting self-esteem and resolving unresolved conflicts. Therapeutic approaches: positive psychotherapy, family positive psychotherapy, developmental psychology, and coaching.
