Areas of focus
- I am a positive psychotherapy consultant and psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, a certified TUS trainer, and currently training in transactional analysis.
- I primarily work with adults who appear to be coping on the outside but feel exhausted internally—such as recurring relationship patterns, an unrelenting inner critic, or living according to others’ expectations. A key focus of mine is emigration (both international and internal displacement), where clients may feel like they don’t belong anywhere, carry guilt toward those left behind, or struggle with a sense of lost identity.
- I practice using the methods of positive psychotherapy and transactional analysis.
- Common concerns I address include:
- Repeating the same relationship patterns
- Losing oneself in relationships
- Difficulty leaving draining relationships
- Complex parent-child relationships
- Learning to say "no" without feeling guilty
- Constantly comparing oneself to others and feeling inadequate
- An inner critic that persists even when things are objectively going well
- Dismissing one’s own achievements
- The pressure to be perfect or avoiding tasks altogether
- Emotional exhaustion and a lack of joy
- Anxiety
- Uncertainty about one’s own desires and goals
- Relocation and adjustment to a new environment
- Difficulty living life on one’s own terms
- Identity crises following major life changes
