Individual therapy: addressing loneliness, fear of new relationships and life choices, building self-confidence, overcoming feelings of meaninglessness, grief after loss, and finding personal identity and direction. Addressing beliefs like 'something is wrong with me,' boundary-setting challenges, emotional buildup, and its expression through intense emotions followed by shame.
