I have been practicing since 2015. Provide individual therapy and group sessions. Since February 2020, I have been leading small therapeutic groups.

- I work from a Gestalt approach, specializing in sexology, body-oriented therapy, and art therapy. I assist clients in navigating life transitions (age-related, existential), adjusting after divorce, resolving relationship challenges, and overcoming codependent or toxic dynamics. I address grief, anxiety, fears, shame, separation, sexual difficulties, and support clients in rediscovering their inner resources.
