I focus on helping clients reframe their perspectives to improve quality of life. My areas of support include managing heightened anger in various situations, improving relationships with partners, parents, and colleagues, fostering self-respect and mutual respect, breaking unhelpful behavioral and thought patterns, enhancing communication skills, addressing motherhood-related challenges, and promoting self-fulfillment. I also work with anxiety, self-doubt, and panic attacks. Clients often come with vague or unclear concerns—this is normal, as clarity typically emerges during the session.
