Specializes in working with teens aged 14 and up, as well as adults, providing a safe space for self-expression—especially for LGBTQ+ individuals. Focuses on identity exploration, crisis support, managing anxiety and depression, processing trauma (including PTSD, CPTSD, and effects of violence or aggression). Helps clients adapt to new life circumstances, embrace body acceptance, recover from burnout, and address panic disorders, codependency, grief, and eating disorders. Each case is approached with deep respect for the client’s unique story and needs.
