Basic Course in Viktor Frankl's Logotherapy

Basic Course in Viktor Frankl's Logotherapy
The basic course in Viktor Frankl’s logotherapy is an educational program designed to master the fundamentals of existential analysis and the search for meaning. The course serves as the first step toward certification in the logotherapeutic approach and covers working with crisis states, losses, emotional exhaustion, and finding inner support.

The training is intended for practicing psychologists, professionals working in the "person-to-person" field (HR specialists, educators, managers), as well as anyone seeking a deeper understanding of their own values and personal growth. Participants will master tools of existential analysis, learn to work with freedom, responsibility, and guilt, and develop logotherapeutic thinking to support clients in difficult life circumstances.

The program explores the conceptual foundations of logotherapy, including dimensional ontology, noodynamics, and concepts of freedom, responsibility, conscience, and pathways to discovering meaning. Special attention is given to comparing logotherapy with other psychotherapeutic approaches and practices of psychohygiene and preventing emotional burnout.

The practical component includes simulated "therapist-client" sessions, reading discussions on literature and cinema, case study analyses, and meetings with guest speakers who share their experiences overcoming challenging life situations.
